Reservation Conditions


1. In case the client cancels the reservation, the company has the right to deduct expenses (from the deposit).
These expenses must be justified by the company.
Unless the client can prove force majeure, the company also has the right to a compensation of:

a) 10% of the deposit, if the cancellation is made within more than 30 days before the arrival date.
b) 50% of the deposit if the cancellation is made with more than 7 days and up to 30 days, before the arrival date.
c) 100% if the cancellation is made 7 or less days in advance.

These percentages will be taken of the deposit, which the client has paid in advance, to confirm the reservation.
The company could also deduct other justified expenses if necessary from the deposit.

2. If the establishment would not meet the confirmed reservation, they will give the client the choice to:
a) Another accomodation with the same or superior characteristics and category.
b) Compensation of twice the amount of the deposit.

Payment of the price/invoice.

The client has the obligation to settle the invoice at the agreed time and place. This means the payment must be carried out in the same establishment and when the invoice is handed in to the client.
The establishment cannot demand payment of the invoice in advance.
