  • Is the apartment being cleaned during my holidays? Yes, every 4 days we clean the apartments.
  • Is there a regular bus service from the airport to Benidorm? Yes, there is a bus service from Alicante to Benidorm, 4 times per day.
  • Is there 24 hours reception? Yes there is.
  • Is there medical care? If neccesary a doctor can arrive in just a few minutes.
  • Is there laundry service? Yes.
  • Which TV channels can we watch in Les Dunes Suites? All major spanish channels as well as Sport1, Eurosport, Sky, Movie Film, CNBC and CNN
  • Is the reception bilingual? Yes we speak spanish, english, dutch, french and german.
  • Have you got the capability to overcome a power failureyes? We have our own emergency generator.
  • Do you admit domestic animals? We only admit dogs and cats up till 5 Kg.
  • In case of fire: do you have emergency exits? Yes we have emergency exits.
